Mr F. participates in a session in Morocco on the development of sport in Africa. He injures his back during a friendly game but does not pay any particular attention to it.

During the rest of his journey, the pains get worse and are difficult to bear. While in Switzerland, he consults a doctor in Zurich for a diagnosis. The conclusion is that his back problems are more severe than expected and further examinations are recommended on his return to Senegal.
As the vertebrae are affected, the Senegalese doctors recommend that a very delicate surgical operation cannot be carried out locally. They suggest an operation in a specialised clinic in Paris.

Faced with a disease that is certainly pre-existing and with the support of our Assistance platform, we accept and organise the surgery and a second trip for post-operative check-ups.

All air transport costs and medical expenses not covered by his local insurance are paid by us.
